PURPOSE: To eliminate energy from an exterior by temporarily or always interrupting the line of magnetic force emitted from two or more permanent magnets by an interrupting substance to generate an energy.

CONSTITUTION: When a substance 3 for interrupting the line of magnetic force is inserted between two permanent magnets 1 and 2, the magnets 1 and 2 do not affect each other. When the substance 3 is removed from between the magnets 1 and 2 by any method, one magnet 2 starts moving by repelling force between the magnets 1 and 2.
