Abstract:
To provide a primer-coated metal material that can join a fluorine material to a metal material strongly and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A primer-coated metal material has a metal material 2, and one or more primer layers 3 laminated on the metal material 2. At least one of the primer layers 3 is an in-situ polymerizable resin composition layer 31 formed by the polymerization of an in-situ polymerizable resin composition. The in-situ polymerizable resin composition contains at least one of the following (A-1)-(A-6) and a fluorocarbon polymer (B). (A-1) A combination of a bifunctional isocyanate compound and a diol, (A-2) A combination of a bifunctional isocyanate compound and a bifunctional amino compound, (A-3) A combination of a bifunctional isocyanate compound and a bifunctional thiol compound, (A-4) A combination of a bifunctional epoxy compound and a diol, (A-5) A combination of a bifunctional epoxy compound and a bifunctional carboxy compound, (A-6) A combination of a bifunctional epoxy compound and a bifunctional thiol compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
