Abstract:
A primer composition contains: (A) a vinyl copolymer obtained by copolymerising a monomer component comprising (a) a monomer having a silicon-containing group having a hydroxyl or hydrolysable group bonded to the silicon atom and (b) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and; (B) a vinyl copolymer obtained by copolymerising monomer components essentially comprising (a) and (c) an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer. A primer composition contains: (A) a vinyl copolymer obtained by copolymerising a monomer component essentially comprising (a) a monomer having a silicon-containing group having a hydroxyl or hydrolysable group bonded to the silicon atom and (b) an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer in which the alkyl group has a carbon number of 1 - 8, and; (B) a vinyl copolymer obtained by copolymerising monomer components essentially comprising (a) and (c) an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer in which the alkyl group has a carbon number of 10 or more. (a) can be cross-linked via a siloxane linkage. The amounts of (a) and (b) in (A) are 5 - 80 wt% and 20 - 95 wt%, respectively. The amounts of (a) and (c) in (B) are 5 - 80 wt% and 20 - 95 wt%, respectively.
