This primer composition for adhesive sheets each comprising a polyester-based substrate and a rubber-based adhesive layer comprises a composition comprising a polyester resin (the first component), a copolymer (the second component) produced from a carboxy group-containing (meth)acrylate as a main component, a poly(meth)acrylate-grafted rubber (the third component) and an amino group-containing silane coupling agent (the fourth component). The adhesive sheet has the primer composition layer and the rubber-based adhesive layer on the polyester-based substrate.
