Abstract:
To provide: a primer composition capable of introducing a larger quantity of a silane coupling agent into a functional layer of a functional member; a functional member; and a method for manufacturing the functional member.SOLUTION: A primer composition contains an alkoxysilane (A) having a specific structure, at least one kind of aminoalkylalkoxysilane (B) selected from a compound indicated by general formula (II-1) and general formula (II-2) as follows, and an organic solvent (C).
