Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reliability by forming a cartridge with composite resin mixing filler such as tungsten powder or stainless steel powder for resin in proportion of a specified volume part or below and with the specific gravity of a specified value or above.
SOLUTION: A tape 3 wound around a hub 4 of a feeding side is wound around the hub 4 of a take-up side through a guide roller 6 loaded on a guide roller shaft 2 integrated with a lower case 1, a pad 5 and the guide roller 6. The upper case and the lower case 1 of this cartridge are molded by the composite resin mixing the filler for polystyrene resin 100 volume parts in proportion of 16 volume parts or below and with the specific gravity of 1.8 or above. Further, the material industrially easy to obtain such as the tungsten powder or stainless steel powder is used as the filler. Thus, the cartridge with excellent vibration proof property, molding property and corrosion resistance, with less die wear, with excellent size precision and with high resin strength is obtained.
