Title:
PRINTED ARTICLE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000263719
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance the productivity of a printed article by thermally bonding see- through polypropylene films which are directly laminated and bonded together to a first and a second information display face in such a way that the films cannot be peeled, at a low heating temperature and for a short pressure-adhering time without depending upon another layer.

A first and second base material sheets 1a and 1b are simulatively bonded together by laminating a see-through polypropylene film 8 containing an olefin rubber on the first information display face 5a and the second information display face 5b of the sheets 1a, 1b and setting the films 8 so that their display faces 5a, 5b are opposed to each other and further, thermally bonding the films 8 in a freely peelable manner, without depending upon another layer. The propylene film 8 containing the olefin rubber kneaded into the film 8 as an improver for low temperature adhesive properties, shows outstanding low temperature adhesive properties. Further, the film 8 can be thermally pressure-bonded, in a freely peelable manner, at a comparatively lower heating temperature and/or in a comparatively shorter pressuring-adhering time and without depending upon the other layer such as a simulated adhesive layer or a non-tack adhesive layer. Consequently, the productivity of the printed article can be increased.
