Abstract:
To provide a printed matter manufacturing method that can manufacture a printed matter with high adhesive force at a binding part.SOLUTION: The printed matter manufacturing method comprises: a step of applying pressure particles with a phase transition property to at least portions of an edge part and a folded part of a recording medium P; an adhesion step of making the particles with a pressure phase transition property adhere to the recording medium; and a step of crimping a laminate P2 in which a plurality of recording media including the recording medium having the particles with a pressure phase transition property made to adhere thereto are laminated. The particles with a pressure phase transition property include styrene resin including styrene and other vinyl monomer in polymerization components, and (meth) acrylic acid ester resin including at least two kinds of (meth) acrylic acid ester in the polymerization components, where a mass ratio of the (meth) acryl acid ester occupied in the whole of the polymerization components is 90 mass% or more. The particles with a pressure phase transition property have at least two glass transition temperatures, where a difference between the lowest glass transition temperature and the highest glass transition temperature of the glass transition temperatures shown by particles with a pressure phase transition property is 30°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
