PRINTED MOLDING, ITS REGENERATION METHOD, AND INK FOR REGENERATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3831473
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed molding to which an ink coating adheres without the use of an adhesive and enable the easy and low cost recycling of the printed molding to which the ink coating adheres and the recycling almost free from the deterioration of physical properties and further, dispense with a special step.
SOLUTION: This printed molding is composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin and is of such a construction that a printed ink coating forms part of the surface of the molding. In addition, a resin which forms the ink coating and the resin which forms the molding have an affinity to each other at least, in their interface or interface area. The ink for regeneration is made up of such a homogenous or a heterogeneous thermoplastic resin that it is mixed with the thermoplastic resin as a main component of the molding and can be repeatedly used for molding.
