In the printed retroreflection sheet having a reflection element layer consisting of at least many reflection elements and a holding layer, and a surface protective layer formed above the reflection element layer, a print layer is formed on the reflection side of the reflection element or between the holding layer and the surface protective layer or on the surface protective layer. Each print region of the print layer is an independent region and the print region forms a repeated pattern but does not form a continuous layer. The area of the independent print region is 0.15 to 30 mm2.
