Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent a printed wiring board from being swung, scattered or dropped due to the spray pressure of a chemical liq. jetted by a spray nozzle by comprising a conveyer structure to hold and carry the top end of the board, except a circuit forming face thereof and swing stopper to hold and carry the lower end.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyer 9 for a printed wiring board A is set to spray a chemical liq. M, i.e., etching liq. and has a conveyer unit 10, a swing stopper 11 and a spray nozzle 8, etc. The conveyer unit 10 disposed along a conveying line holds and carries upper ends of the board A, except its effective face, a circuit forming face F, the stopper 11 disposed along the conveying line holds and carries lower ends of the board, except its face F and many nozzles facing at the face F of the board A being carried spray the liq. M.
