Abstract:

To prevent printing to a non printing region when two media each having a printing region to be printed and the non printing region not to be printed are equal in the size and different in the printing region.

In a printing control device which carries out printing to the medium with the printing region to be printed and the non printing region not to be printed, the printing control device has a detecting means for detecting the printing region set in the medium.
