With regard to printing data without user identifiers therein, a data storage processing part 204 stores the printing data in HDD 103 together with a storing time limit and transmitting host information depending on the operation mode stored in NVRAM 105. The data storage processing part 204 also performs destruction (deletion) of a stored printing data and control for reading the printing data matched to the printing data identifier information presented by a data inquiry part 207 from HDD 103 and for printing out the data via an image processing part 203.
