Abstract:
To provide a printer device that can be miniaturized by installing an operating portion in the vicinity of a slide portion.SOLUTION: A printer device according to an embodiment includes: a pair of rack gears that are arranged in a stepped form on a side of paper conveyance direction of continuous paper accommodated in a recessed accommodating portion for accommodating a roll of a continuous paper and that have rows of teeth facing each other and arrayed in a first direction perpendicular to the paper conveyance direction; a pinion gear fitted to the rows of teeth of the pair of rack gears; and a pair of paper guides that are opened and closed in the first direction. The pair of paper guides are provided at a position closer to a center side in the first direction from one end in the first direction on an upper rack gear, and at the other end in the first direction on a lower rack gear or a position closer to the center side in the first direction from the other end. Of the pair of paper guides, a paper guide provided on the upper rack gear is attached to an upper mounting portion extended toward the side of the paper conveyance direction from a rear surface of the upper rack gear, which is opposite to the row of gears thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
