Abstract:
To provide a printer device in which an operation unit is installed near a slide portion, and which therefore can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A printer device of an embodiment comprises: a pair of rack gears arranged in a step-wise manner on the paper sheet conveyance direction side of continuous paper stored in a concave storage portion storing roll-shape continuous paper and having a tooth row arranged in a first direction orthogonal to the paper sheet conveyance direction and in a direction in which the pair of rack gears are opposite to each other; a pinion gear fitting to tooth rows of the pair of rack gears; a rack-and-pinion cover having a tilted surface opposed to the rack gear and the pinion gear; and a pair of paper sheet guides moving in an open-closed manner in the first direction. A mounting portion mounting the paper guide to the rack gear extends along the tilted portion of the rack and pinion cover and in the paper sheet conveyance direction from a back surface on the opposite side of the tooth row.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
