Abstract:
To provide a printer which can achieve downsizing of a body while achieving improvement of workability when a cassette is carried into/out from the printer, and to provide an electronic scale.SOLUTION: An electronic scale 1 includes: a cassette 90 which supports a label roll; a body case 3 which houses the cassette 90; a shop clerk side operation part 50; and a hinge mechanism 11 which connects the body case 3 with the shop clerk side operation part 50. The hinge mechanism 11 has: an arm part 14 which is connected to one end in a lateral direction on a side surface 30A of the body case 3, is provided so as to be swingable with respect to the body case 3 around a shaft extending in a vertical direction of the body case 3, and extends in a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction; and a movable part 15 which is connected to the arm part 14 and is provided so as to be swingable with respect to the arm part 14 around a shaft extending in an extension direction of the arm part 14. The shop clerk side operation part 50 is attached to the movable part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
