Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically dissolve a communication error when the communication error occurs in a printer which can communicate with a terminal.SOLUTION: A control device for a printer comprises a communication part 55 which can communicate with a terminal 80, and a communication control part 53 which is electrically connected to the communication part 55. The communication part 55 and the communication control part 53 are electrically connected to each other by a main communication line 61 which performs exchange of data and an initialization communication line 62 on which the communication control part 53 transmits an initialization signal for initializing the communication part 55 to the communication part 55. The communication part 55 initializes communication when receiving the initialization signal via the initialization communication line 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
