To provide a technique which makes it possible to suppress waste of consumables by managing printing when a printer is used by two or more users.

If a print job is transmitted from PC2 and received by the printer 1 (S102:Y), it is determined in S103 whether the print job concerned is related with managing user information or general user information. When receiving the print job related with the general user information (S103:N), it is stored in HDD14 without printing (S104). When receiving the print job related with the managing user information (S103:Y), the print job related with the managing user information is printed on a form by a printing part 15 in S106, and continuously the print job stored in HDD14 is printed in S105.
