Abstract:
To disclose a method for appropriately processing printing data, in a printer to which an external memory storing printing data acquired from a server is removably attached.SOLUTION: A printer 1 is communicably connected to an intermediary server 4, and provided with a removable USB memory 7. The printer executes a specific processing (S212, S214, S222, S224, S226, S234, S236) so that a server job list conforms with a main body job list or an USB job list. The server job list is information containing job IDs for identifying printing data stored in the server, whereas the main body job list is information containing job IDs stored in a main body memory 12b, and the USB job list is information containing job IDs stored in the USB memory 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
