To solve the problem of setting spoilage paper for adjusting an ink amount on a roller of a printer to a 0 sheet.SOLUTION: Color data of CTP is set to concentration management data for adjusting concentration by a roller, and water, air and ink have a property of moving to the less side from the much side. Concentration management is executed by the roller by using this property. It is thought to be returned to an ink bottle when an ink amount of an original roller is less than an ink amount attached to a call-out when ink is attached to the call-out from the original roller. A result is a great success.
