PURPOSE: To facilitate collation with a list for subsequent printing, by a method wherein sheets of paper printed with the face side in a visible condition are sequentially stacked so that each of the sheets is layed on the back side of the precedingly printed sheet.
CONSTITUTION: Each of the sheets (a) of paper supplied from a card-supplying part 7 (or a rolled paper supplying part 8) is printed at a heat-sensitive transfer printing part 9, and is fed to a temporarily retaining part 12 through a fixing part 10, an inspecting part 91 and a magnetic encoding part 11. Then, the sheet (a) is fed to a position below a receiving box 2 by a feed belt 66, a pushing- in body 74 is moved upwards through a motor 78 and a crank mechanism 77, and the sheet (a) is pushed into the box 2 while being slightly bent, through a receiving port 62 the longitudinal size of which is slightly shorter than the length of the sheet (a). Accordingly, the sheets (a) are stacked so that the sheet (a) issued earlier is placed at a higher position.
