For a washing liquid feeding unit 67, a tank 75 for storing a washing liquid and a pump 77 which feeds the washing liquid stored in the tank 75 are integrated, and a roller 83 is provided on the lower section. The washing liquid feeding unit 67 is arranged in a lower space 71 of an operation side scaffold 69 for working which is provided in a manner to be extended in the printing paper carrying direction 10 at the operation side section of a printing section 5.
