Abstract:
To provide a printer that can easily create a cover for a paper bundle in any size.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a book information acquisition part 61 that acquires the size of a book; a cover size setting part 62 that sets the cover size based on the book size; a paper size setting part 63 where paper sizes including sizes of combined paper sheets combining multiple paper sheets are set in advance; and a cover size compatibility determination part 64 that determines whether the cover size set by the cover size setting part 62 is compatible with the paper size set at the paper size setting part 63. Furthermore, it includes a paper feeding part 2 that feeds one or more paper sheets corresponding to the paper size determined at the cover size compatibility determination part 64; and a printing part 3 that prints folding lines on the paper sheet fed by the paper feeding part 2 based on the book size for cover making.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
