Abstract:
To provide a printer that is able to suppress adhesion of a recording surface of recording paper to a member that comes into contact with the recording surface.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a rolled-paper holder 7 for accommodating rolled paper R into which recording paper P having a recording surface Pa and an adhesive surface Pb provided opposite the recording surface Pa is wound; a platen roller 11 that comes into contact with the adhesive surface Pb and pulls and feeds out the recording paper P from the rolled paper R; a thermal head 13 that prints on the recording surface Pa; and a first guide portion that comes into contact with the recording surface Pa and guides the recording paper P; wherein the first guide portion has a first friction reducing portion that reduces a frictional force generated between the recording surface Pa and the first guide portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
