Abstract:
To provide a system that supports printing data used especially in inexpensive and simple two-color offset printing, without applying a load to a network.SOLUTION: A printing data creation support system is characterized in that for different halftone dot shapes, pre-rasterized halftone dot image data using RIP used by a printing system is stored in a library with a plurality of halftone dot lines and a plurality of halftone dot area ratios; any halftone dot image data selected by a client from the halftone dot image data saved in the library is displayed on an image of printing data being created; and the print data is created by confirming the displayed image of the printing data by the client and then determining halftone dot image data to be used.SELECTED DRAWING: None
