Abstract:
To provide a printing device that can reduce costs of consumable supply to be used until printing performed on a plurality of media on the basis of a printing job for each page is stopped, when the printing is started and then the printing is stopped.SOLUTION: A printing device, which performs printing on a plurality of media on the basis of a printing job for each page, comprises a storing part that stores cost information relating to costs of consumable supply to be used in the printing and a determining part that determines order of printing each page. The determining part calculates costs of the consumable supply for printing each page from the cost information, and determines the order of printing so that costs of the consumable supply to be used after the printing is started until the middle of the printing do not surpass costs in performing printing in order of pages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
