Abstract:

To make it possible to easily change the construction of an operation screen to that suitable for the business form of a user.

A business form table, in which information on an operating button corresponding to functions frequently used and fitting the business form is written, is stored in advance in a business form information storing part 9. A CPU 2 searches the information of the operating button corresponding to a selected business form from the business form table in response to the business form selected by a user through the operation of an input device 8. Further, the CPU 2 constructs the operation picture plane in accordance with the information of the searched operating button and displays on a display 7. Thus, the user can easily change the construction of the operation screen to that suitable for the business form selected by the user.
