PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issuing device which allows a user who is not familiar with a bar-code to easily perform setting of a bar-code to be used in a label when creating a format of the label to be printed.SOLUTION: An issuing device which outputs code information to a medium includes: storage means which stores code information that can be issued and the specification of the code information; input means which can input a desired condition on the code information; and extraction means which extracts the code information suitable to the input condition out of the code information stored in the storage means on the basis of the condition input by the input means and the specification of the code information stored in the storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
