Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus allowed to store print data transmitted from an information processing apparatus and then print the stored data and also to be executable of printing the printed result for confirmation, which printing apparatus is allowed for easy confirmation of printed results regardless of the elapsed time after the transmission of print data.SOLUTION: When specific print data is received from an information processing apparatus, the printing apparatus stores the specific print data in a storage unit. The specific print data is print data including save request information requesting to be stored in a storage unit without being immediately printed and print request information requesting a printing unit to print the data. When specific print data is received and stored, a specific icon 45 is displayed on a display unit. When a specific input operation is performed for the specific icon 45, the printing unit prints an image indicated by the specific print data. The specific print data remains stored in the storage unit after the printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
