PURPOSE: To make the centering of an operator and a plate spring easier as well as widen the distance between before and behind welding places by a method in which the plate spring is provided with a projection having the same width as that of an operator, and one-spot welding is made at the projection.
CONSTITUTION: In a mover consisting of the operator 18 of a printing head and a plate spring 19 fixed to the operator 18, when the operator 18 and the spring 19 are inserted into a tool with a slightly wider groove than a projection 20 having the same width as the operator 18, the centering of the operator 19 and the spring 19 is made easily. When the spring 19 and the operator 18 are fixed by plural spot welding, the distance S2 between before and behind welding positions can be widened if at least one-spot welding is made at the projection 20. The welding strength can be increased and the reliability can be raised without increasing the inertial moment of the mover.
