Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine and the like which can efficiently reduce stain of a blanket cylinder while suppressing reduction in the efficiency of printing.SOLUTION: A printing machine includes: a blanket cylinder which is brought into rolling contact with a conveyed web; a plate cylinder which is brought into rolling contact with the blanket cylinder and to which a printing plate is attached; a conveyance device which conveys the web; a switching device which switches between the state where the blanket cylinder nips the web and the state where the blanket cylinder contacts the web without nipping; and a control device which controls the conveyance device and the switching device. The control device, when a portion that does not become the product of the web passes through the blanket cylinder, turns the state into the state where the blanket cylinder contacts the web without nipping by the switching device, and executes piling removal processing of making the speed of the surface of the blanket cylinder different from the speed of the web.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
