Abstract:
To provide a printing machine which improves the quality of a printed matter and productivity by automatically remove foreign substances sticking on an impression cylinder without stopping the printing machine.
In a gravure printing machine 1 provided with a plate cylinder 5 and impression cylinders 62 and 63 and performing printing by continuously passing printing papers P through between the plate cylinder 5 and the impression cylinder 62 or 63, foreign substance removing means 64 and 65 for removing the foreign substances without stopping the gravure printing machine 1 when the foreign substances are stuck on the impression cylinders 62 and 63 during printing, are provided.
