To achieve the purpose, there is provided such a constitution that the outer peripheral faces of transfer cylinders 5 and 7 are formed of a silicon layer, and rollers 12 and 13 are pressed on the flat sheet conveyed by the transfer cylinders 5 and 7. In addition, in the impression cylinders 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d for conveying the flat sheet printed by passing opposing points to plate cylinders 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d, there is provided such a constitution that rollers 10 and 11, the outer peripheral face of which is coated with a silicon and molded, are pressed on the flat sheet on the impression cylinders 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d on the downstream side of the opposing points.
