Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method, a printing control device, a program and a printing system in which a printed matter of a desired color can be obtained and image failure, such as a blocking phenomenon etc. due to the piling of printed matters can be prevented in preparing double-sided printed matters.SOLUTION: A first ink quantity distribution is determined from first image data on a first surface of a sheet body and a second ink quantity distribution is determined from second image data on a second surface (S118). In an area of a position relationship where double-sided printed matters are superimposed on each other when the printed matters are piled up, the total ink quantity on both sides showing the summation of the ink quantity of the first surface and the ink quantity of the second surface is determined from the first ink quantity distribution and the second ink quantity distribution (S120), and it is judged whether or not the summation exceeds a specified value. In a case that there is a specific area in which the summation exceeds the specified value, color conversion conditions are changed to the conditions in which the total ink quantity on both sides in the specific area remains within the specified value and an output color is reserved (S126). Color conversion processing on the image data is implemented with the changed color conversion conditions, to implement printing.
