Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a sheet from dislocating by a method wherein a card type workpiece is overlapped with the transfer layer of a transfer sheet, and a part of the transfer layer is adhered with the workpiece surface.

CONSTITUTION: After overlapping a transfer sheet A having about same size as a ticket 4' to come in contact with a solid ink layer 3 of the transfer sheet A and print surface of the ticket 4', a high temperature metal type formed letters enabling to pring on the ticket surface 8 is pressed on the fixed position from the top of the transfer sheet A, allowing to give a heat adhesion of the solid ink layer 3 on the ticket 4', which adheres to fix the ticket 4' and the transfer sheet A. Then, after the solid ink layer 3 is heat adhered to the ticket 4', a mold releasing layer 2 is provided in order to strip the transfer sheet A from the ticket 4' with ease. Consequently, the ticket 4' and the transfer sheet A are adhered partially, which enables to pick up every set under the condition overlapped correctly.
