Abstract:
To print, in a wide range of a curved surface, a pattern having a wide variety of colors and glosses.SOLUTION: A paste is injected into one fine recess of three or more plates on which a pattern by a set of fine recesses by photoetching, and color inks with different colors each are injected into a fine recess of another plate. At first, a dot d0 by the paste of the fine recess of the former plate is transferred to an object W through a first pad. Then, a second pad P2 heated by holding a foil sheet S is arranged above the pattern of the fine dot d0 of the object W, and a foil is brought into contact with the fine dot d0 of the paste by lowering the pad P2 and pressing the foil sheet S held between the pad P2 and the object W. Finally, the fine dot pattern by each color ink is transferred in a prescribed range including a range where a dot d1 of the foil is distributed by using the color-ink-injected plate and a third pad.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
