Abstract:
To provide a method of inspecting a printing plate without time and manpower, and an apparatus.SOLUTION: A calibration apparatus of a printing plate comprising a planar board for holding a printing plate, a measuring portion for measuring a pattern of ink supplied to a surface of the printing plate, a first control section for controlling the planar board or the printing plate and the measurement section, and a second control section for synthesizing the plurality of patterns into one pattern is used. Furthermore, a calibration method of a printing plate having a first step of setting a prepared printing plate on the planar board, a second step of applying ink on the printing plate, a third step for measuring the ink on the printing plate by the measuring portion, and a fourth step of superposing measurement data of the third step by repeating from the first step up to the third step for every color necessary for a completed pattern, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
