In a printing plate delivering device 50 including a transport means for delivering stencil printing plate base paper which removes stencil printing plate base paper G wound around an outer peripheral surface 11a of a rotatable plate drum 11, and transports and delivers the stencil printing plate base paper G into the printing plate delivering box 60, the transport means for delivering the stencil printing plate base paper is installed near the outer peripheral surface of the plate drum 11 opposite to the outer peripheral surface 11a in an axial direction of the plate drum 11, and the transport means for delivering the stencil printing plate base paper transports the stencil printing plate base paper G toward the printing plate delivering box 60 while contracting the width direction of the stencil printing plate base paper G corresponding to the axial direction of the plate drum 11.
