CONSTITUTION: The original drawing 8 is transformed to the picture data, and ink 9 is directly stuck to the picture pattern 20 of the PS plate 1 by using an ink jetting device 17 to execute an exposure, with the picture data, so that the printing plate 50 can be made without using the intermediate material of the process film, etc., and the cost of a material can be reduced. Further, since there is no loss among processes from the reading of the original drawing to the development of the PS plate 1, the appointed date of the delivery of the printing plate 50 can be shortened. The conventional PS plate 1 can be used, as it is, so that high plate wear can be maintained, and it is unnecessary to newly arrange a place for storing the PS plate 1, and further, the conditions of the exposure, development, etc., are changed from the conventional conditions. Consequently, these existing equipments can be used as it is.
