Abstract:

To provide a printing plate capable of improving the control precision of a discharge amount of a printing medium and reducing its abrasion.

In this printing plate, openings 11 of a sectional shape having the so-called constricted part, are configured in a matrix pattern at a specified position of a metal sheet 10 such as an SUS plate or a nickel plate. That is, the sectional shape indicates a larger open area S1 of the printing surface side than the open area S2 of the squeegee surface side and a smaller open area S3 near the center part in a plate thickness direction than the open area S2 of the squeegee surface side. Thus, it is possible to precisely control the discharge amount of a printing medium to be discharged from the squeegee surface to the printing surface by properly adjusting three parameters such as the open area S1 of the printing surface side, the open area S2 of the squeegee surface side and the open area S3 near the center part in the plate thickness direction.
