Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate state control device for a gravure plate capable of automatically inspecting an abnormality of the plate depth of the gravure plate.SOLUTION: A printing plate state control device for a gravure plate capable of automatically inspecting an abnormality of a plate depth of the gravure plate comprises a device for irradiating a cylindrical gravure plate with a laser beam, a camera device capable of capturing an image of reflected light, and an image processing unit capable of forming a three-dimensional image from captured image. The printing plate state control device comprises a mechanism capable of determining plate clogging by digitizing the depth of the gravure plate from the three-dimensional image and comparing it a specified value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
