PURPOSE: To enable a constantly stable pressure sliding contact with a printing recording medium to prevent the occurrence of defect in image, by a method wherein the tip end portions of recording electrodes arranged parallel on the surface of an elastic body layer are projected in comb-teeth form from the sliding frictional surface of a printing recording head.
CONSTITUTION: Recording electrodes 2 are formed parallel on an elastic body layer 3 either by etching a plate material or by bonding a wire-form material. In application of etching, the material is etched to be of 20W250μm stripe width; in application of the wire-form material, the material of 20W250μm wire diameter is used. It is desirable that the recording electrodes 2 are projected by 50μmW5mm from the sliding frictional surface of a printing recording head. It is preferable that the elastic body layer 3 is of 100μmW5mm thickness and of 20W45 spring hardness. A planar rigid body 4 is made of a metallic rigid plate to enable the supply of appropriate and uniform pressing pressure.
