Abstract:
To provide a sticking-in device for a printing resin letterpress plate that is capable of suitably removing influence of a slur phenomenon and in turn enables high-accuracy and high-quality printing on a printer.SOLUTION: A sticking-in devices according to the present invention includes: a mandrel 21 which is inserted into a cylindrical sleeve 3 and rotates the cylindrical sleeve 3 around an axis; and an encoder 14 for detecting a rotation angle of the mandrel 21. The sticking-in device sticks a printing resin letterpress plate 5 onto the sleeve 3 having a cushion tape 4 stuck on an outer peripheral surface thereof while rotating the sleeve 3. The sticking-in device includes: a lateral positioning device 24 movable in a rotation axis direction of the mandrel 21; a confocal displacement gauge 47 which is supported by the lateral positioning device 24 so as to face the mandrel 21 and measures a thickness of the cushion tape 4 stuck on the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 and a thickness of the printing resin letterpress plate 5; and an arithmetic operation unit which outputs a measurement result as a distribution on the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
