The retrieved printing image file name is taken out and a printing output request means 13 is informed of the inputted paper name, format name and the printing output device. The printing output control means 4 is informed of the printing output requests in the informed order to the printing output request means 13. Thus, the number of the changing times on paper in the printing output device 3 can be reduced.
