Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, a control device, a control method, and a program, which suppress stopping of a printing operation while suppressing waste of a recording medium.SOLUTION: A printing system includes: input means for inputting print data; first printing means for executing printing on the basis of the print data for continuous form paper; second printing means which is provided on a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the continuous form paper from the first printing means to execute the printing on the basis of the print data for the continuous form paper; determination means for determining which of the plurality of printing means the print data input by the input means is distributed to on the basis of time required for image processing of the print data; and distribution means for distributing a print job to prescribed printing means of the plurality of printing means on the basis of the determination of the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
