To decrease the occurrence frequency of missed print.SOLUTION: A printing system has a printing control unit that controls the execution of printing of data stored in a storage unit in response to a print request from a terminal used by one of a plurality of users, an update unit that updates information indicating a printing state of the data by the plurality of users in response to the execution of the printing, a determination unit that determines whether or not the printing state indicated by the updated information meets predetermined conditions, and a notification control unit that controls the notification to a user who has not printed the data if the print state satisfies the predetermined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
