Abstract:
To provide a printing system, a print control program, and a method for producing a printed material that prevent two images from being printed in an overlapping manner against a user's intension without spending high cost.SOLUTION: In a printing system, a printer comprises: a medium platen on which a medium is placed; a printing mechanism that performs printing on the medium placed on the medium platen while moving relative to the medium; and a control unit that issues a warning on a possibility of duplicate printing at a same position on one medium. When a first image is printed on a medium and then a position in an area where the first image is printed is designated as a printing position of a second image designated to be printed, the control unit issues the warning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
