Abstract:
To provide a printing system and a printing method capable of managing a stable print state by detecting sign of defective printing efficiently with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a printing system 1 for printing solder on a substrate by screen printing comprises a printing apparatus 2 for printing solder on the substrate via a mask in which multiple openings are formed, an inspection apparatus 3 for inspecting the solder printed on the substrate, and a management device 5 connected with the printing apparatus 2 and the inspection apparatus 3 via a communication network 4. The management device 5 is provided with a specification part 53 for specifying at least one opening of high degree of printing difficulty, on the basis of data about multiple openings formed in the mask, and a sign judgement part 54 for judging sign of defective printing on the basis of inspection results of the solder printed via the specified opening, thus detecting sign of defective printing efficiently with high accuracy during utilization of the printing system 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
