To provide a private radio communication system which can monitor a connection state of a radio base station and a radio terminal station for each communication area, and can enhance monitoring efficiency.
The inside of a service area 10 of the private radio communication system is divided into a plurality of communication areas 11a-11d, and the radio base stations are located inside each of the communication areas 11a-11d. Each radio base station sets an individual BS number and also sets the same department number for each area. Radio terminal stations 20a, 20b, ..., moving in the communication areas 11a to 11d carries out a position registration in a control station device 17 via the neighboring radio base station. The control station device 17 includes displays 18a-18d provided corresponding to each of the communication areas 11a to 11d. When receiving position registration information from the radio base station, the display devices 18a-18d specify the radio base station of a monitoring area from the BS number and the department number, and display only information on the radio base station of the monitoring are and the radio terminal station in which the position registration is carried out.
