Abstract:
PURPOSE: To utilize a private telephone set by inserting any specified prepaid card without loading the duty of a visit to a user by connecting a private telephone set through a private card charging adapter, which is provided with a card reader part for calculating the frequency of the specified prepaid card, to an NTT (registered trade mark, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp.,) telephone line.
CONSTITUTION: A card system managing device 5 subtracts the frequency only with one specified prepaid card corresponding to the operations of a television 2, refrigerator 3 and washing machine 4 or the like. A private card charging adapter 6 composed of a circuit control part for performing the detection of on-hook, off-hook, line polarity, ring signal and dial signal or the like and further connecting/disconnecting the telephone line and the card reader part for subtracting the frequency of the specified prepaid card is inserted into this managing device 5, and a private telephone set 8 is connected through these card system managing device 5 and private card charging adapter 6 to an NTT telephone line 7.
